The staff were pretty friendly, but 1. We had to wait 25 minutes for check‑in because they were busy and the reception manager was in the restaurant and couldn't come. Check‑in is a quick thing, we were tired and they offered no solution. I asked several times for an approximate wait time and they said it was indefinite, which felt surreal. 2. There was no Wi‑Fi. They claim all rooms have Wi‑Fi and that’s false. If you need to work or don’t have data, prepare yourself… 3. They were out of control with gluten‑free. I asked if they had gluten‑free options because I’m celiac and they said they could make me toast, so great. When they handed it to me, the waitress got confused and didn’t know which one was gluten‑free, but she assured me it was obviously not. Luckily I didn’t eat it, because the same waitress later told me she’d made a mistake and gave me a toast with gluten. You have to be very careful with those things. If you don’t guarantee you’ll give me something gluten‑free, better not offer it.

Good access to motorway. Good food choices at reasonable prices. No lift, rooms are very tired. Shower water temperature was erratic
