Pousada Canto Dos Pássaros Araras Canindé

“Excelente escolha”

The atmosphere is very cozy, warm, and pleasant. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the balcony is comfortable. Service is excellent, with a network on the balcony, great parking, and a drying rack for clothes. The breakfast is impeccable and complete. Denise provided outstanding service. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning and the shower has a weak water flow.

“Muuuuitas araras no café da manhã....”

The name of the lodge fits what it is. Denize was always very helpful and friendly. The location is close but away from the tourist bustle, and there are many macaws. Several macaws were sipping coffee while enjoying the breakfast view, and the cute little black cat of the lodge fell in love with me. It was a wonderful stay. We recommend the lodge, even to bird lovers, because there were not only macaws but also nests of Japu birds in a palm tree on the property. The only potential drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, though they plan to add it. Even so, it didn’t bother us.

“Melhor lugar de Alto Paraíso”

The place was one of the best I've stayed at; Denize was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was among the best I've tried at a lodge. The presence of macaws made everything even better, everything was perfect. It was very hot, so an air‑conditioner would have helped, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Great spot with an excellent breakfast, and Denize gave us kind, generous tour tips. The rooms open onto a lovely courtyard full of macaws and other birds, and the lodge is quiet—perfect for a good rest. I wished there had been a reading lamp in the room.
