We asked for a non‑smoking room and paid 219, yet we ended up next to a smoking room with a hole in the wall that was only patched with tape. The staff offered us another room, but she seemed very upset, remarking that Louisiana is a state where people smoke everywhere. The room had a strong smell of smoke.
