The breakfast was weak with little variety and quantity, and the chalet’s door didn’t close properly, leaving me uneasy about security. The breakfast service might improve with more experience, but I think it will get better over time.

The location and natural scenery are great, and the lodge looks beautiful from the outside. I couldn’t sleep because the maritacas kept peeking into the ceiling of the chalet and made a lot of noise, so I talked to the manager but nothing was done—covering the openings or something similar would have helped. Breakfast was very weak, with no options; there were no proteins like sausages with sauce, onion‑studded calabresa, other cold cuts, other cereals, savory pies, or a variety of breads. Everything was very restricted; there were no dishes for us to take, and it was embarrassing to keep asking for replacements. The lodge was full and everything was tightly controlled, which left a lot to be desired for the price paid.

“Chalé lindo”

I loved the chalet—it's gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast was weak and simple; there should be more options and more freedom for guests so it doesn’t feel so controlled. The breakfast area is far from the rooms, so a basket could be brought to the room.
