The location is good, close enough to walk to the Muar Bus Terminal for inter‑state trips. The room and bed are comfortable enough, and cleanliness is good. Wi‑Fi is slow or unstable at night (probably peak usage). The staff aren’t very welcoming, even though they didn’t have much to do; a friendlier attitude would be appreciated, especially for foreigners. A gym would be a nice addition.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The closet in the room I got was a bit dusty, and the pillowcase and pillow cover felt dirty.

the room is big enough to comforting the 3 of us. Location is near with restoren and interesting place like Medan Selera Jalan Abdul Rahman And Tanjung Emas. Need to climb up stairs to get to the room / 2nd floor
