I stayed in Diego's room for 6 nights while visiting Cinque terre and it was a very comfortable experience for me. The room is very close to the La Spezia train station (just a 3 minute walk) which makes it very convenient to get your trains to the villages. The room is also spotlessly clean including the bathroom which has a very spacious shower (perfect for taking a hot shower after a long hike). There's also a mini fridge in the room and you can make your coffee if you like. And lastly, Diego was a great host, he's very responsive and always answered my stupid questions very patiently. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I stayed in a spot that felt safe and spotless, right next to a grocery, shops, and restaurants. Diego was the ideal host, checking in just enough to be helpful without being intrusive.

The owner had already sent me all the essential information via WhatsApp a few days before arrival, explaining how to get into the building. A key cabinet at the property was important, and he even sent a video and a detailed description of how to walk from the train station—very close to the hotel—to the apartment and pick up the keys. The instructions were so precise that getting into the building and the apartment was a breeze. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and had a small balcony that I really appreciated. The owner always asked if I needed anything. Cleaning was regular, towels were changed, and so on. The apartment was well equipped with a small fridge, a desk with a chair, a French bed that was very comfortable and even the pillow was good. There was a shower bathroom with a toilet. A kettle, coffee, and tea were also provided. The place was perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre villages. The train station was a 2‑3 minute walk away. Next to the house was a well‑furnished Carrefour grocery store and a mixed goods shop. A minute from the house on the other side of the square, a pedestrian street started, full of shops and restaurants. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation if you want to visit all five villages, because it’s a great base and you can easily reach them by train daily in a short time.

“Excelente hospedaje.”

The host was very attentive, and the instructions to enter were clear and easy. The location is ideal because it’s just steps from the train terminal. I liked everything. The only thing to note is that there’s no elevator, but the stairs are in good condition and so is the building.

The central location is great, the host was very friendly, and the room was bright, fresh, and modern. I’d love to stay there again if I come back. I wish there had been two wine glasses to borrow.
