Breakfast was very good. The friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately there was no shower. Using a bathtub to shower is difficult for someone over 80.

The bed comfort, the large balcony with lake view, the bar and its décor, and the location are positives. Prices are too high for the services. The bathroom mirror lighting is insufficient. The shower in the bathtub has no partition, making it impossible to wash without splashing everywhere. The windows are well sound‑proofed, but it was very hot and we had to sleep with the windows open (no AC?), waking up to trucks passing the street at 6 am.

I was annoyed by how noisy everything was – you could hear other guests walking, people showering, going to the toilet, and the elevator. The high‑polish carpet and shower curtain felt unclean. Our room, number 1, felt cramped and suffocating. The train station was close to the lake, which was a plus.

The staff at reception were comfortable, friendly and involved.
