“Good location, fairly cheap but needs some attention”
The area is quiet with a few shops and places to eat nearby, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of room. However, the showers were either boiling hot or cold, there was no hot water in the kitchen, the tabletop was loose (the cleaner knew about it), and the kitchen space was cramped because the cupboards were locked for personal storage.

The apartment is well situated near main avenues and the beach, with spacious rooms and all the usual amenities. I wish they had given clearer instructions on how to access the unit—key, codes, door opening—because I had to keep calling to get that info when I arrived.
Everything was excellent.

The place had no hot water in any bathroom, the kitchen tap barely ran water so washing a dish was a nightmare, there was no soap for bathing or any cleaning products, and many parts of the house looked like they might collapse; at the price it’s not worth lacking these basics.

The space was large and in excellent condition, and the neighborhood is safe with security at the entrance. Just remember to provide accurate accommodation details on the first day if you’re not a local resident.
