I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff's friendly demeanor, which made my stay feel welcoming and personalized. However, I was left feeling a bit disappointed when my feedback and concerns were met with complete silence. This contrast made my overall experience a bit mixed, but the initial warmth from the staff still lingers in my memory.
