The location is fabulous: right in the center of Puebla. The hotel matches the photos and is secure. The room was very clean and cleaning service was available every day if desired. The room was a bit rustic but that was authentic.

The location is among the best, just a short walk from Museo Amparo and the Centro Cultural Karuso.

The room is huge with a walk‑in to its own bathroom. The courtyard and décor are nice, but hardly any daylight comes in.
