The location was good, but the older equipment needed repairs—like the tap in the bathroom that didn’t seal and leaked water.

The hotel was comfortable and the gym was excellent.

The room was clean, but at checkout the staff chased me to pay IDR 150K for coffee spilled on the towel, as if we were supposed to wash the linen too—unbelievable.
