The location and character are great, and the staff are helpful. The low lighting in the room, no elevator, and having to carry luggage up and down the narrow stairs were annoying.

Nice, charming place, well located, comfortable. For some reason the remote control of our AC was never in our room, and it wasn’t replaced after we notified them, so we couldn’t control it, which was a bit difficult.

Room was tidy & comfortable Location was brilliant. Very close to the Markt. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Bikes available on site for hire. The rooms are a little rundown, needing painting/restoring. Supplied bathroom products ie bath wash was not refilled during our 3 week stay. Bike hire was very expensive via the hotel
