The central location is good, but about 20 years ago or so it was certainly a nice and cohesive hotel with suitable furnishings.

The spot near the train station and the staff’s friendliness were good, but it looked a bit old‑fashioned and, even though it was very clean, the facilities felt somewhat worn; perhaps because I’m used to more renovated hotels, especially the bathroom.

“I will never come back, thank you”

The staff listened to my complaints and swapped the room, which I appreciated. However, the restaurant’s karaoke was loud, smokers were under my open window, and neighbors kept talking on the balcony after midnight; overall the place had a strong cigarette smell and was unpleasant.

Booking directly was straightforward, and the staff were helpful and friendly, which was fine for a single night on the way. But it felt more like a youth hostel: the furniture was a jumble, very old, and the towels and sheets looked like they were from the 90s; the carpet everywhere was quite stained and worn, and the room door lock was a joke.
