“Sauna/Badelandschaft war immer sehr gut besucht Liegen waren ständig reserviert->habe mit gemacht :(”
The breakfast was excellent and the place was quiet. However, the reservation for the Mühlenstube didn’t work at reception, and when I tried to rebook a dinner buffet I was charged twice! I was also confused when asking housekeeping whether a room cleaning was needed or wanted—if I don’t need cleaning, I’d book a FEWO, not a 4‑star hotel!

The staff were fantastic—thoughtful, generous, and kind. The spa and rooms met and even surpassed expectations, offering plenty to enjoy. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I’m already looking forward to returning. The only downside is that nearby restaurants close early; the only grocery store open past 8 or 9 is Kaufland, about 20 minutes by car.
This place is a lovely oasis for unwinding and relaxing.

Everything was set up so you can just relax. After breakfast, slip into a bathrobe and head straight to the spa area and stay there all day.

The wellness and spa are close by, and the rooms—both with and without terraces or balconies—are very nice. The breakfast is superb, with everything you could need. The saunas, baths, and overall relaxation facilities are top‑class, especially the new Blockhaus sauna and the steam sessions. I can’t think of any negatives.
