The place had just enough essentials and great value for money.

The room was roomy and comfortable for a family of four, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The problem was the limited number of elevators; the two that were supposed to operate together didn’t sync, so we had to wait on each floor, making elevator waits excessively long. Check‑in and check‑out were especially slow, and we also endured long queues at lunch and dinner. The elevator coordination definitely needs fixing.

Traveling in Gangwon‑do in May was a bit tiring, but the good value made the trip enjoyable. Our room faced the street, so we could hear traffic noise.
