The location was great, but that's about where the positives end. There were no phone numbers or contact information on the bedside table or on the desk, which was really inconvenient.

I have to say, the staff here are a bit grumpy, but they do try to help. The weird thing is, they always seem to be wearing slippers, which is a bit odd. On the plus side, the location is great and the room was clean, but it would've been nice if they'd been a bit more enthusiastic about helping me.
My biggest complaint was that there were no light switches in the room. It was really frustrating and made it hard to navigate the space.
