The location, shower, and toilet were clean, but the room was dark because it’s on the ground floor; opening the window or door lets people on the street see in, so privacy is lacking—don’t do that. The check‑in process was unfriendly, the mattress was uncomfortable and missing a spring, and there was no option to leave luggage if you arrived early or left late.

“Ce fut un bon séjour.”

The location was ideal for visiting the city, the room was spacious and well equipped, but communication was clearly lacking; on our first evening there was a power outage caused by an electrical panel issue, it took a long time to get a reply, we tried calling the provided number but no one answered, and all communication was only via messages, making it hard to exchange information. Since the accommodation is managed by a company, the lack of personal contact was noticeable, and we slept that night without air conditioning.

The location is great, the room is nice with a superb shower and everything you need. Everything is done online with no interaction, which can cause minor hiccups like limited flexibility; you can’t leave a backpack or suitcase in the room before the official 3 pm check‑in time.
