The hotel sits near the old town center, so everything is within walking distance. The staff were excellent and the room was tidy. It was perfect for immersing myself in Hanoi.

“Great stay”

The staff were wonderful, helpful and polite, and nothing seemed too difficult for them to arrange. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and fresh water was provided daily. Breakfast was freshly made from a menu. The room was super quiet from outside noise. I liked the tea and coffee in the room, especially in the beautiful cups. The location close to the old city was good. Too much light in the room at night came through the frosted glass bathroom door and window, there were no blockout curtains, and the air conditioning light was on. The shower could only be set to hot or cold, and the pressure was very weak.

The staff were great help during our travel; I came with my senior parents and they arranged transport to the airport. The breakfast options were limited but good. Authentic pho was delicious, came with fruit and unlimited drinks. There was one electrical outlet in our room that didn’t work, but it was not a big deal.
