I booked the room but canceled and left because it didn’t suit me; the whole building smells like smoke and the water in front of the hotel is a drain, so I didn’t want to bother myself.

Nothing to say positively. This hotel is a huge disappointment; the renovation feels tasteless, the hydro‑massage tub in the room doesn’t work, the single‑lever tap only supplies cold water, and the safe took us about 30 minutes to open (see photo). The furniture is bizarre and the bed could break your legs. A mini‑fridge sits in the middle of the room. Two heavy guys sit on the couch at the entrance, acting like guards, but they do nothing for guests or help with luggage. Breakfast on the top floor has a nice view, but everyone is in black and it looks like a leftover disco or a brothel. The breakfast is bad, prepared by some women, and for four of us they served one omelette. No coffee, water, or juice—just tea, a plain bun, a cucumber slice, two cherry tomatoes, and a cheese piece. It feels like the owner doesn’t care about the hotel at all.

“For the price, this was an excellent choice”

The location is great, breakfast is good, and the rooms are very clean with decent air conditioning. The TV didn’t work, there was no fridge in the room, and breakfast didn’t include coffee.

The layout of the hotel is very nice. Getting in and finding our room was very easy. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Because of the central location we had no transportation problems; we could walk to most places. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. From check‑in to check‑out the service was consistently professional. Thank you very much!
