“Frustrante.”
The apartment is part of Hotel Kubitscheck, but getting a hold of the owner was the biggest hassle; the first floor was under renovation and only the owner managed to make a room available, a detail that wasn’t mentioned when we booked, the hallway was chaotic, the room was very dusty and almost nothing worked—no Wi‑Fi, the coffee maker was broken, there was no water in the kitchen sink, the beds and pillows were covered in dust from the construction, and the bathroom flooded because of the shower’s water volume.
The floor I stayed on was fully under renovation, with a lot of noise and mess; I wouldn’t have rented if I’d known. The cleaning only stretched the bedding; dishes weren’t washed and the floor wasn’t cleaned. Terrible.
While our stay was pleasant, we were let down by the subpar cleanliness of the hotel.

Almost the entire floor where my room was had construction work. I asked for a room change but was ignored. The construction noise was truly annoying, and dust was everywhere. This should have been disclosed at booking.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a lack of attention to detail in the bathroom, which was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.
