Nothing positive, and I wouldn’t return even if I had to stay there to live. The roaches, no bedding, and the way the staff tried to assault me.

Not the cockroaches. The cockroaches; I’ve been trying to get a refund for 2 days. I only stayed 30 minutes.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. Two overhead lightbulbs were out. No coffee. No complimentary breakfast. I could feel coils through the mattress. I lay on it for two nights and then asked the office if they could switch out the mattress; they looked at me like I was crazy, so I had to sleep on the wooden floor, and then there was a person on the floor above who walked very heavily all day and night. I called the office and told them about the person above me, and they told me I was no longer permitted in their building, which I wouldn’t come to anyway, but it was an awful experience. The management is not there to make your visit joyful. Everything was a nightmare. You need to find new management.
