I liked the location because we've stayed there many times before, but this time we canceled and went elsewhere. It no longer feels the same—probably a new owner—there was a cluttered lobby and when we arrived, stacks of dirty laundry were on the floor in the dining area.

The pool was a disappointment, the bed was uncomfortable, and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone at the front desk to check me in; the property and rooms look nothing like the pictures.

We stayed so my daughter could swim, but the pool was being cleaned so we couldn’t use it; the staff offered a late check‑out to make up for it. Nothing else was an issue.

The rooms had cockroaches, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and nothing worked; the pool was green and the deposit was not refunded.

The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable, and the location was great. When we arrived, there was no ice bucket, the TV wouldn’t turn on, the remote was useless, and the phone at the front desk didn’t work; I had to go downstairs three or four times without answer and call my personal number for an ice bucket. There were no cups or coffee in the room, and I finally had to lay down in bed at 2 AM after dealing with all the missing items.
