“Overall: The hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but the towel policy, mosquito problem, cleanliness issue in”
The hotel’s spot is perfect for touring Corfu; a car can reach most parts of the island in about 30–45 minutes, making it a handy base. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. We were disappointed that towels were only changed three times a week; we chose this place partly because we expected the option to have fresh towels whenever we wanted, not on a fixed schedule. Mosquitoes were plentiful both outside and inside the room, which was unpleasant. Room 222 had visible blood stains on the walls, apparently from crushed mosquitoes, giving it an unclean, poorly maintained look that needs fixing. Breakfast was basically the same each day; it’s acceptable and sufficient but very basic, so there’s nothing particularly special or “wow” about it. In our view, €10 per person isn’t justified. It’s fine if you just need something to eat in the morning, but it lacks variety and quality to warrant the price.
