Καθαριοτητα μετρια(φυστικια στην πολυθρονα),τα σαμπουαν ,αφρολουτρα κλπ ηταν αδεια,χρειαστηκε να περιμενω 2 ωρες να με εφοδιασουν,η πισινα οχι καθαρη,wi fi δεν επιανε στο δωματιο μου,επιανε παντου αλλου,η τηλεοραση δεν ειχε καναλια

The location near Bodrum is convenient, but the rooms aren’t cleaned daily.

Centrale locatie. Ik had geboekt voor 3 personen bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met een 2 persoons bed. Er waren geen kamers beschikbaar. Even later ben ik toch naar de receptie gegaan en kregen we ineens een beschikbare kamer. Op de lakens lagen nog haren van iemand anders en de douche stonk naar riool

“Pessimo in tutto”

I never found anything positive. The experience was terrible and utterly disappointing. For four days we never had the towels or sheets changed and the room was almost never cleaned. The worst part was constantly having to argue with staff: every day they promised the room would be cleaned, that linens and towels would be changed, but nothing actually happened. I find it unacceptable to pay for a stay and receive service of this caliber. It was impossible to have to repeatedly request the basic cleaning and hygiene operations that should be guaranteed without having to prompt them. After four days of unkept promises and a huge argument with staff, we still had no adequate service. Absolutely not recommended. A property might have a good location or nice rooms, but if the cleaning is missing and especially if the staff shows no respect for the guest, the experience becomes truly unacceptable. I would never return.
