“Absolutely wonderful stay quiet very clean and fresh towels whenever you ask truly amazing and wonderful time I will be”

I liked the welcoming reception and the lobby’s cleanliness, but the elevator floors were dirty, and they didn’t clean them often; everything else was great except my bed had an imprint in the mattress, which made sleeping difficult.

“Wasn’t pleased at all!”

The location was fine and Gabby was a pleasure to work with, but we had to change rooms twice, the air was stale, the bed sheets were soiled, and James the manager hasn’t called me to discuss what happened; I will never return or recommend this place, and I think every other guest had a dog but me, so it wasn’t sanitary—that’s just my opinion. At least it was only an overnight stay.

The price and location were good, but the room wasn't clean. I have pictures of a dead bug and its blood on the pillow. The bathtub wasn't clean. There was stuff stuck to the walls; I'm not sure what it was. My husband and I slept in the chairs because we were too afraid to sleep in the bed. My husband called the after‑hours number for assistance with the room. He was told someone would call us, but we never heard back.
