“Razoável”

I liked the breakfast and the pool. The toilet lid was awful, made of terrible quality. Also, the poolside restaurant service was bad; the staff were always busy or doing other tasks, prices were steep, and the menu was sparse. The restaurant closed on Sundays, and Saturday nights were poor.

“Hotel HBS”

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff service stood out. The location was fine, close to everything. The pool was filthy and unusable, and on Sunday breakfast we found hair in the food, showing poor hygiene. The outdoor area was dusty. Though the hotel claims to be pet friendly, it charges a fee for pets, which in my view doesn’t truly make it pet friendly. These issues left a bad impression.

“Pior que tive até hoje.”

The leisure facilities were good. The reception staff had a problem: I arrived at 2 pm, the hotel is on the BR, and I had to get out of my car to open a gate that was closed. When I got in, despite the time, I had trouble checking in. The employee entered the guests incorrectly and didn’t like having to repeat it, even though it was her mistake. She didn’t know where the rooms were, so we had to walk around the hotel to find them.

“Hotel maravilhoso. Café da manhã super completo e funcionários muito atenciosos”

I love this hotel. Everyone was very attentive. I liked everything. Nothing to complain about.
