Hotel Chez Swann

“Montreal è una bellissima città e nonostante tutto abbiano goduto di tutto..( fuori hotel)”

Breakfast was terrible, so we ate outside the hotel; the only thing we liked was the location and the parking. The apartment is old-fashioned, and although it offers many extras like radio, phone, TV, etc., none of them work. The bathroom had two showers, but only one was usable; the other was out of order.

The location in Golden Square Mile is very good, with downtown, the harbor, and the metro all within walking distance. Breakfast is, as is often the case in Canada, a bit sparse. The room was clean, had a great shower, and was bright with a skylight. The only negatives were plastic items at breakfast and street noise.

“Would happily stay here again!”

Everything was excellent—great customer service, cool room décor, a great location, and a decent continental breakfast to start the day. Parking wasn’t included, so we used the simplest option at the hotel next door, and the walk to and from the parking garage was very convoluted.
