The location, food and drinks in Taman Segar, close to the MRT Taman Mutiara station, were great. My relatives stayed for 5 nights, and on the 4th day there was an issue with the room access card that they tried to resolve but couldn’t; my relatives are male, so they let it go.

The location is fine, but cigarette smoke permeates the entire building and the Wi‑Fi is terrible. The room’s hygiene doesn’t even meet basic hotel standards.

The location is super convenient for foods and others. Check-in take long time, room not clean enough. Been provided a wrong aircond and TV remote. I'm booked a family room with 2 toilet but only 1 toilet can use (1 toilet light and flush issue). The bed is too low like tatami. WIFI Coverage very2 bad
