Rajski vrt - Lake house - Paradise garden

The house feels like a home with plenty of potential, and the host was very friendly, but it wasn’t worth the money. The property looked as if no one had lived there for a long time; there were many details that suggested someone had lived there, yet guests only came in and out. There were countless stinky martinis—so many that we cut our stay short by three days. The jacuzzi was full of sludge.

“Incredibly peaceful and charming lake house”

The sauna and jacuzzi were great. Even though the jacuzzi had no hot water, it was a perfect contrast to the sauna, and we loved everything about it. Nothing was missing; everything was as expected, especially when we had a barbecue on our last night.

Everything was excellent, the location was beautiful, and the garden was beautifully landscaped, almost like paradise.

“Schönes Haus im Naturschutzgebiet.”

The grounds are huge and spacious, right by a lake that isn’t a bathing lake but is in a nature reserve. The house is a bit older but very well maintained and clean. The air conditioning works flawlessly and was a lifesaver during the extreme heat. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Insect screens are everywhere, and we only had two mosquitoes all week. You can’t go outside the house at night. If you’re looking for peace and seclusion, this place is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It is very secluded, and it takes 30 minutes to get to Sisak, but we knew that beforehand.
