They didn't even bother to attend me. No service at all. I was left hanging.

The structure is solid, the spot is quiet, and the staff were super helpful. Only the rain messed up the access, but it didn't hurt too much.

The chalets have great comfort and top‑notch facilities. Breakfast was excellent. The staff, especially Antônio and Dona Ana, are amazing and always ready to help.

The room was comfy, the location beautiful, and the pool was great. But the Wi‑Fi was terrible – had to move the bed to the window for better signal. Also, there was trash near the coffee area, the entrance was muddy, and the road inside the hotel could use some work.
