I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite having a prior booking, I was informed just before arrival that my reservation had been cancelled due to a wedding that had booked all the rooms. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. The manager's response to my threat of leaving a bad review was dismissive and unapologetic.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The restaurant was not operational, the beds were dirty and smelly, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. The air conditioning was not working, and the Wi-Fi and TV were also out of order. To make matters worse, the parking was not available, and the reception was unmanned at midnight. I was even charged the full amount for a stay that was so uncomfortable and frightening that I ended up sleeping in my car.
