The location and private property are great, the cottage rooms are comfortable with beautiful ocean views, the food—including room service—is good, the staff is nice and emails are answered quickly, and the beach is beautiful; the only drawback is the noise—if you’re sensitive, the duplex walls are thin and you can hear neighbors, and weekends bring a lot of beach partying, though weekdays are much quieter.

The staff and food were excellent, and there was nothing negative.

The site is exceptional and the beaches, swimming pools, and restaurants are lovely, but despite the heat, rooms didn’t provide drinking water and we had to order a $5 bottle from room service; we had just come from the Hamilton Princess in Bermuda, which, as is typical for luxury hotels of this caliber, supplied free drinking water.
