The location was amazing, the staff were welcoming, and everything was top tier. I found no discomfort at all, and my needs were fully met. We skipped breakfast and self‑catered instead.

The staff were welcoming and eager to help. The way breakfast is served is a letdown; turning it into a buffet would help instead of having to send the waitress up and down.

The inconvenience of having to boil the kettle on the floor because the cable wasn’t long enough to reach the plug. The room was tidy but needs improvement, carpets need a deep clean, furniture in the room is quite old and needs an upgrade

It's away from the city noise. Rooms that haven't been used in a while have a foul smell
