The spot is perfect for exploring all of Tuscany, and Montepulciano is close enough for daily shopping. The leisure pool comes with loungers. The drive to the property was rough; the rented Fiat Panda from Bologna Airport had major trouble getting on and off the road—apparently the day before we arrived it had rained and gravel/sand clogged the road, causing the car to get stuck. Thanks to a neighbor’s help we got onto the main road, and after that incident we parked right in front of the entrance.

We spent a wonderful week in our little La Casina, a large double room with a spacious bathroom and a nicely furnished separate kitchen. Everything was there: 3 cooktops, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine with coffee, a kettle, a dining table with two chairs. We could park our car right next to the house. The very private garden offered a table with two chairs and plenty of shade. A short private path led to a super clean pool with many loungers and umbrellas for swimming. We’d love to come back anytime. The very friendly owners gave us a personal tour, and the further communication was good. We’ll return! We do bring our own kitchen gear, but we let the owners know that a cutting board, a salad bowl, a large pan, a bread knife, and a clothes rack could still enhance the equipment.

“Un endroit de rêve en Toscane!”

The site was gorgeous! A country house surrounded by greenery, a superb pool, outdoor dining and relaxing areas, quiet and natural. The hosts were very welcoming, everything was very clean. It looks like new mosquito nets were installed on all windows on the second floor, so unlike some comments we saw no insects inside and could leave the windows open worry‑free. One of the most beautiful rentals ever booked for our family. WoW! We rented in August during a heatwave; the only air conditioner in one room wasn’t enough to cool the house, but at night it was cooler, thankfully.
