Checking out of this disgusting place. The staff were very rude and we had a terrible reception experience. We were told we didn't have a booking despite paying a month in advance. The room was so filthy I didn't want to touch anything. The key got stuck in the lock. The bathroom was covered in rust. There was no ventilation. The AC was dirtier than a kitchen exhaust fan. The towels were stained. The hallway was dimly lit. There were spit stains in the lift. The place stank and was on a very narrow street. Definitely not returning.

The staff at the hotel and the receptionist were very courteous, but the hotel sits a little far from the NJP station.

The food here is the best I've tasted in Siliguri so far, yet if you're picky or expect something fancy, you might not find anything to dislike.
