The spot was spot on for me, and the staff greeted me warmly on arrival. I liked that parking was free and right at my doorstep, which was a nice perk. I’ll definitely come back when I’m back in the Swan Valley. I wish the price was a bit lower for pensioners, maybe a loyalty discount for country visitors would help.

Everything was fantastic! The place feels old and amazing, the rooms were great for the price, and the meals were delicious. The only gripe is that the shower needed sealing, so it didn’t flood the floor.

Facilities and location were solid. The rooms feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance.

The room was very comfortable and the front‑desk staff were good, while the housekeeping team was friendly and polite. The restaurant staff were rude and dismissive toward me; one even leaned on the counter talking to another while making coffee. The very tall one was polite and respectful, but the other two Asian staff members need to learn that every customer, male or female, deserves equal respect.
