The staff were very welcoming and the place was clean, but guests were partying until just after 02:00, blasting a speaker at maximum volume, singing along, and making noise while walking through the corridors.

The location was great, but the staff and some guests threw a huge party that was incredibly inconsiderate. We never slept; we just wanted a quiet night and couldn't even hear our TV. Outsiders were invited, so people who weren't booked were present, and the noise was unbearable and kept going until the next day.

All the staff are darlings ❤️ God bless them; they know what good customer service looks like 🫠🤌 and are forever smiling, always available when needed. The only issue is the water upstairs in the bathroom. I figured out a trick to get it back in the shower: when it stops, open the glass shower door, then the basin taps, and it returns with sharp pressure. If it’s not coming out at all in the basin tap and shower, you need someone to open the kitchen tap 😅😭—a problem when you’re lodging alone and might take someone’s time, especially if you’re rushing out.
