The location was convenient and I was satisfied, but the room next to ours (or the hallway) was noisy because kids were running around late at night.

The location was excellent, and the professional staff met my needs promptly and efficiently.

Overall, I was very satisfied, and having a convenience store on the second floor was handy. Parking was a problem because too many cars were in the lot, making it take a long time; clearer information about the hotel‑only parking would help.

It’s next to Lotte Shopping Centre and Lotte Adventure, with Lotte World Mall and Lotte Tower just across the street; the concierge service was exemplary, even going out of their way to track down a restaurant to check for a Jelly Rabbit toy left by my grandkid the night before dinner. However, it’s too expensive and breakfast isn’t outstanding for the price.
