The airport shuttle was convenient. The first‑floor landing had many steps and there was no storage space for heavy luggage on the ground floor.

The rooms were clean, but there were not enough irons or microwaves, and the coffee machine poured cold coffee.

The location is strategic—just about 3 minutes on foot from Ciampino train station, perfect for travelers, with a shuttle bus to the airport taking roughly 10 minutes. The host was warm, helpful, friendly, and flexible, responding immediately via chat. The place was clean. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options and no hearty fare. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and there was no elevator, making the many stairs difficult to navigate with a stroller and suitcase.

Glad we were in the room with the ensuite, because I wouldn't want to go out to the toilet in the night. Loved the balcony. Should have stated there where no lifts. Me being 80 struggled a bit
