Ibis Aktobe

“положительные впечатления”

Booking the rooms was smooth, the staff were knowledgeable and attentive, and the hotel sits near key city spots with ample parking. The team cares about guest comfort and keeps the place clean and eco‑friendly, with water coolers on the floor and a reminder to guests about environmental policies. The elevators are wide, there are functional stairwells for fire drills, alarms are in place, and the staff coordinate well on fire safety. Breakfast is varied and tasty, tailored for both weekdays and weekends. No complaints.

The place is comfortable and cozy, and I would have liked to stay longer. The carpet looked a little dirty, as if it had just been used.

The location is in the city center. The rooms are very small; a two‑person room simply doesn’t allow you to unfold.

This hotel is wonderful with an amazing atmosphere! It’s a fantastic spot you want to return to. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service is top‑class. I especially want to highlight the breakfasts—they’re extremely tasty and diverse. The hotel always feels warm and welcoming. I sincerely recommend it!

“Modern szálloda, kedves, segítőkész személyzettel.”

Modern hotel. The bookable rooms are 17 m², a bit cramped with two suitcases.
