The riverfront location, helpful staff, and the local community were all excellent.

The location was fine, but everything else was a mess. The staff wouldn’t compensate anything even though the water was shut off before my kid’s graduation. I had booked a 2‑bedroom room for my wife, my kid (who was graduating from Fort Benning), and myself, hoping for a comfortable bed for him, but they only offered a rollaway bed. No complimentary food or anything. They messaged me at 8 am on my checkout day, and after I didn’t reply because I was sleeping, housekeeping knocked on my door. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they wouldn’t.

The location and river view from the room were great, but the place needs soundproofing; you can hear other rooms just by walking past the door.
