Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, so everyone finds something they like, and the staff are very helpful.

The spot is wonderful, perched on a mountain ridge, but the check‑in process was unclear; when an evening issue arose the staff were not on site, and we had a whole day without water—though it was a valley‑wide problem, the staff didn’t explain the situation or duration, so we couldn’t plan accordingly.

The breakfast was great, but getting to the hotel was a winding road; on the way to the hotel there was a gate that required a fee to enter the national park. We were given a phone number to open the gate, but it couldn’t be reached, so we had to hope the gate was open, ask others to open it, or pay each time.
