The hotel is lovely, but I had a leaking problem in my bathroom that took them two days to fix, and I was only staying three days. They did not even bother to change my room or apologize properly.

The new design and well‑decorated room were very clean and nice, with helpful and welcoming staff. It’s definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Paris! I just couldn’t stay longer 😭

The only thing I liked was the location. Everything else did not satisfy me.
