The tranquility of the place. The receptionist didn’t treat me well. The pool wasn’t ready to be used.
“Agradable”
The cleanliness was good. The internet service was poor; they should install more repeaters.
I loved the spot—everything was super convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. The rooms were very comfortable and the common areas were huge, but the pool was a bit dirty and they promised maintenance upon arrival but never finished on schedule.
The pool and hygiene were good. There is no elevator, the parking lot is far and unsafe, and the rooms lack amenities.
Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
