“My stay was restless and painful having to walk the stairs with my luggage”

The front desk staff were amazing, and the room was extremely clean for my taste. However, the elevators were in poor condition—torn up but still usable—so I had to carry all my luggage up to the third floor, where my room was, even though I have an injured sternum and clavicle from multiple gunshot wounds.

“One word…amazing”

Everything was perfect from check‑in to the hospitality staff. The location was very clean and quiet, and I loved that the room was right by the door with stairs that led straight to it.

“Overall for a 3 star hotel or whatever it is, I give it a 7.5/10”

The staff was excellent and the place was spotless, but the jacuzzi never heats up as it should, which I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews; despite that, the overall stay was good thanks to the clean rooms and helpful staff, even though some appliances feel a bit outdated.
