The spot is spot on, just like my last stay, and the breakfast was superb. The pool’s opening time was cut short, which was a let‑down.

The location let me stroll into the old city, and breakfast was fine. One night my room was freezing; I had to wait over five hours before extra blankets and a heater arrived. I asked repeatedly for help, and the night manager’s audacity was unbelievable – he claimed he wasn’t cold, yet I had to point out my own icy hands. Eventually blankets and a heater were provided, but some front‑desk staff were also not friendly.

Breakfast was decent, but there were too many Arab servers.

Everything was perfect – we’ll definitely return. The only downside was that the minibar items were separated.
