The location was central in the city, but the AC didn’t cool from the moment we checked in, so the staff moved us to another room, which turned out to be much smaller than the first one—very disappointing. The food also tasted very salty.

“Entirely adequate accommodation”

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, with a clean bed, decent hot water in the shower, and a nice breakfast. However, I was a bit taken aback by the extra charge for early check-in, which seemed excessive considering the room was already ready. On a more negative note, I noticed a hole in the wall when I moved my pillows, and the hotel's price seemed a bit steep for its standard.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff, a clean and comfortable room, and an amazing breakfast. If I were to nitpick, I'd say the towels could be replaced, but overall, I have no complaints about my stay.
