The Family Loft Room opens onto a patio with garden view and a private barbecue area. It sleeps four with two single beds downstairs, a double loft bed, a seating area and a clothes rack. A private bathroom provides a shower, toilet, towels and toilet paper. Air‑conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi‑Fi, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, socket near the bed, board games, puzzles, a mosquito net and tile/marble flooring complete the unit.

It’s a clean, comfortable place where you can cook in the shared kitchen. It’s a bit pricey, but the condition is good. The main issue I ran into was the big gate door—if you’re not careful, you can scratch your car. When I first exited the car through the large gate, a plant near the entrance scratched my leg, so I hope other guests will watch out for that as well.
The hosts were very attentive, sending detailed arrival photos and videos via WhatsApp that matched the current road closures and detours.

The reception was very friendly, the rooms were nice with a good shower and bed, and the value for money was solid; breakfast and dinner were available, and the hotel is less than a 10‑minute drive from the gate. Everything else was fine.
