I appreciated the clear communication from the staff, though the cleanliness and customer service were only average.

The neighborhood was the only good thing, but the room felt like a recycled kitchen with plumbing pipes everywhere, no curtains, and the AC had no controls except for the staff.

It was close to what I needed, yet the noise was unbearable, I couldn't sleep, and the place was dirty.

The location is great with convenient parking, a nice coffee shop, restaurants, and a mall, and the crew was hospitable, but most of the electric plugs were broken and could seriously injure someone trying to use them, the windows lacked curtains and blackout blinds, and there was no hand soap in the toilet.
