“Horrific and made me late to a very expensive concert”

I walked in and left right away because there were cockroaches, bed bugs, and a mattress that looked like a crime scene—my worst experience ever! Everything was disgusting, and I had to fight for almost a month to get a refund.

“Way to expensive for what they offered”

The staff were fine, but the microwave was broken, there were roaches, the linen was dirty, and the lighting was poor.

“I didn’t stay, I got an earlier flight home so I didn’t stay there.”

Nothing good—stepped into the first room and saw roaches everywhere and a snake. The place is gross!

“Terrible”

Nothing good! The rooms were unclean, rundown, smelly, and had outdated furniture; management was slow and ineffective, lamps didn’t work, the bedding was horrible (damaged), and the carpet was filthy.
